Come to this talk, in partnership with the Livewire Kitchen, where we will be sharing expert guidance on dietary and lifestyle approaches to fine tune brain chemistry, helping to sharpen the mind, increase energy and focus.

Learn simple, yet effective ways to sharpen the mind from Anastasia Smith, Nutritional Therapist and Communications Manager at Food for the Brain, as well as having the chance to eat some delicious, nourishing food and refreshments provided by the Livewire kitchen.

Located in Vox Studios, Workspace UK's flagship hub for startups and growing companies, Livewire Kitchen targets the working professional, delivering innovative menus that aim to provide brain boosting nutrients. Livewire Kitchen are currently working towards an accreditation with Food for the Brain to highlight their excellent nutrition standards and demonstrate how they are playing an important role in encouraging healthier food choices, which can immediately improve focus, energy and mood, as well as supporting longer-term mental and physical health.

Cost:
£20 per person. Ticket price includes the talk, as well as delicious salad box, ice teas and hot teas provided by the Livewire kitchen.

Doors open at 17.30 and the talk will commence at 18.30, finishing at roughly 19.30 with a chance for Q & A after. Food and teas are provided from 17.30 onwards.
